- Reservations are confirmed with a $1,000.00 deposit.
- The final payment & guaranteed dinner count is required (7) days prior to your wedding.Any final questions & details will be discussed at that time.
- All evening receptions are (5) hours in duration. Afternoon weddings are (4) hours with beginning timedepending on evening bookings. Extra Hour $5 per person
- Additional time can be requested. There is an additional charge for this Service.Requests for additional time must be made (7) days prior to your wedding.
- Wedding Ceremonies can be performed at The Georgetown Centre. Your reception consultant can help you withplanning your special service. The cost of having your ceremony here is $500.00.
- In addition to the menu selections offered here,The Georgetown Centre, can customize a menu to meet your specific requirements.
- Your linen choices can be color coordinated.
- Any special items that you may have for your reception can be delivered to The Georgetown Centre the daybefore your wedding, during normal business hours.
- Up to 3 hours from 10am-1pm the day prior to your event to decorate (timing to be determined).
- Special Pricing may be available for some Friday Evenings & Sundays receptions. Please inquire.
- Seating is at round tables accommodating up to (10) people. There will be a minimum of (8) people per table.
- Draped Ceiling Lights are available $200 per room.
- Optional Chair Covers $10 per chair installed/uninstalled
- All cookies delivered to The Georgetown Centre, MUST be trayed beforehand.
- Final preparations & menu selections should be made no later than one month prior to your wedding.
- All of our Wedding Package options provide you with a director to insure that your reception is properlycoordinated and runs smoothly from start to finish.
